Eligibility Requirements

(1) Incentives are per ballast/per fixture for existing T12 systems only
(2) Fixture efficiency must exceed 75% for 2x4 parabolic fixtures
(3) Standard Fixture: efficiency must exceed 64% with 2 or 3 lamps and must meet IES RP1 preferred criteria
(4) Minimum Reflectivity 92%
(5) Up to 20% up-light as an integral fixture (typical slots) may be included but only in instances where white or light colored walls and ceiling exist
(6) Retail display lighting only
(7) Retrofit kits are not eligible
(8) Switchplate mounted, not eligible
(9) Minimum of four ballasts per control

(10) “ON override switches are not eligible

(11) Not eligible for rooms >250 sq ft

(12) Installation height <16 ft

(13) Must automatically control ballast
